The hose carcass is manufactured on a fully automated production line designed by a renowned university; the main equipment of this line is entirely imported, while the core components and tooling are independently developed in our factory. We now operate a production line dedicated to producing hoses with knitted‑reinforcement structures.
Product Features: The inner and outer diameters, bend radii, pressure ratings, and environmental requirements of the hose can all be customized to meet specific customer specifications. The material properties of the rubber compound have been designed in accordance with the proven performance benchmarks of leading domestic and international counterparts in the same category, offering excellent aging resistance, corrosion resistance, superior flexibility, an aesthetically pleasing surface finish, and dimensional stability—ensuring compliance with the demanding operating conditions encountered in a wide range of construction and mining applications.
Product Applications: These products are widely used in various types of construction machinery and automotive engines worldwide, serving as inlet and outlet water hoses; they can also be employed for small-diameter air hoses on engines.
